We also helped the business understand cost of taking up shelf space that a high selling item could be taking up and the benefits of clearing old stock.

Sales in decline, we analysed 5 years worth of data looking at ROAS of previous campaigns, existing customer behaviour and sales by location/channel. We created a sales funnel and wrote a customer CRM tool to aid the implementation of a sales plan broken down into strategies for Increasing existing customers frequency, driving up AOV and retaining/reactiviating lapsed customers.
